Abstract: [eng] The analysis of input-output flows is part of more general approach to industrial organization. In this respect, the analysis of labour flows, which has hardly been developed until now, is a useful development of previous analyses of flow of goods and services, or more recently of patents and innovations. With the corresponding methodological framework, it is possible to show the configurations that are specific to labour within the productive system. Thus there can be seen to be « mobility routes » (in the French case for the year 1984) which only partly match the structures revealed by the analysis of intermediate consumption flows. This casts new light on another aspect of the organization of the productive system that has been hitherto little known. [fre] L'analyse des flux intersectoriels est partie prenante de la problématique de l'organisation industrielle. Dans cette perspective, la prise en compte des flux de main d'œuvre, peu dévelopée jusqu'ici, vient utilement compléter celles des flux de biens et services ou celle, plus récente, des flux de brevets ou d'innovations. À l'aide d'un cadre méthodologique adapté, il est alors possible de faire apparaître les configurations propres au travail au sein du système productif. C'est ainsi qu'émergent des « filières de mobilité » des emplois (sur le cas français, et pour l'année 1984), qui ne recouvrent que partiellement les structurations mises à jour par l'étude des flux de consommations intermédiaires. Un autre aspect de l'organisation du système productif, peu connu à ce niveau d'analyse, s'éclaire alors.
