Abstract: [fre] L'attitude courante, restrictive, à l'égard des politiques industrielles s'appuie sur un ensemble d'arguments se référant au rôle central du marché. Par rapport à cela, de nouvelles conceptions conduisent à renouveler les approches en matière de politique industrielle. Ces conceptions nouvelles ont trait à la généralisation des échecs de marché, aux processus de création de compétences, à la spécificité des services, au caractère stratégique de l'entreprise, aux exigences de structuration des (sous-) systèmes productifs. [eng] The general restrictive attitude towards industrial policies is based on arguments referring to the central role of the market. New ways of thinking open new approaches in the field of industrial policy. These new ideas do concern the extent of market failures, the development of competencies, the specificity of services, the strategic dimension of enterprises, the organizational requirements of productive (sub-) systems.
