Les normalisations managériales entre l'individu et le modèle professionnel

Abstract: [eng] The idea of «normalization» cannot be mixed with the notions of «formalization» or «certification». This article tries to demonstrate that the most powerful normalizations of the last decade in the management of firms concerns more the cognitive and subjective dimensions of the individual implication in work, than the commercial inter-firm relationships. Three examples of «managerial normalizations» try to illustrate the importance of the «intra-organizational» normalization in the new flexible forms of social control in the organizations. L'article cherche à démontrer que les normalisations les plus puissantes de ces dix dernières années en matière de gestion des organisations touchent les dimensions cognitives et subjectives de l'engagement individuel dans l'entreprise plus que les rapports marchands inter-entreprises. Trois exemples de normalisations managériales cherchent à illustrer l'importance de la normalisation intra-organisationnelle dans les nouvelles formes assouplies de contrôle social dans les organisations.
