Abstract: [fre] Suite à la déréglementation des transports aériens et aux progrès des TIC, les évolutions technico-organisationnelles entreprises par les compagnies aériennes ont fait naître un nouvel acteur : les Systèmes Informatisés de Réservation. Aujourd'hui, en tant que systèmes d'informations interorganisationnels, leur transformation en GDS et leur activité d'intermédiation leur confèrent une place centrale au sein du réseau des transports aériens. [eng] Following the deregulation of airline transportation and the TIC progress, the technical-organizational evolutions carried out by airline carriers have given raise to a new actor : The Computerized Reservation Systems. Today, as inter-organizational information systems, their transformations into GDS and their activity of intermediation confer them a central place within the airline transportation network.
