Abstract: [eng] Quotation on the stock exchange and European perspectives : the case of the Crédit Agricole . This interview of René Carron, President of the Fédération Nationale du Crédit Agricole, and Pierre Bastide, General Secretary of the Fédération Nationale du Crédit Agricole, explains the listing of the Crédit Agricole on the stock exchange, on December 14th, 2001. They also analyse the tools of growth for a mutual firm. René Carron and Pierre Bastide comment on the perspectives offered by this transformation, the problems of governance and the possible links with other companies. .
