Abstract: [eng] Point of view on 1990's international financial governance With this interview, Thierry de Montbrial, Chief executive of the IFRI, exposes his point of view on international governance's evolution since the end of the 1980's. In particular, he analyses beginnings and management of 1990's financial crises and their changes during this decade. This interview then deals with the impact (or low impact) of September 11th on economics and governance. At last, the author considers possible evolution of international financial structure facing economic and financial globalisation. . JEL classification : E44, G15 [fre] Dans cette interview, Thierry de Montbrial, directeur général de l'IFRI, nous donne son point de vue sur l'évolution de la gouvernance mondiale depuis la fin des années 1980. En particulier, il analyse les origines et la gestion des crises financières des années 1990 et leur évolution au cours de cette décennie. Puis, il revient sur l'impact (ou le peu d'impact) qu'a eu le 11 septembre sur l'économie et la gouvernance.
