Abstract: [fre] Avec l’éclatement de la bulle Internet et les divers scandales financiers autour de grands groupes internationaux, l’analyse financière a fait l’objet de nombreux reproches. Cet article détaille les divers aspects du métier et du rôle des analystes financiers. Après avoir décrit le rôle des analystes financiers dans la théorie économique, les auteurs reviennent sur leur influence sur les marchés.
