Abstract: [fre] Le développement de l’ISR a fait naître de nouvelles questions de la part des investisseurs finaux et globalement de l’ensemble des parties prenantes. L’émergence de ces questions ainsi que la difficulté de donner une définition unique de l’ISR en dehors de ses modalités d’exercice (prise en compte de critères extra-financiers dans la constitution des portefeuilles de titres, dialogue avec l’entreprise, exercice des droits de vote...) ont présidé à l’élaboration d’un référentiel pour répondre à cette exigence de transparence en matière d’information, d’où la publication d’un Code de transparence ISR. Cet article revient ainsi sur les informations demandées par ce Code. . Classification JEL : G23, M14 [eng] Why an AFG-FIR Code of conduct for SRI funds ? . The SRI development gave rise to new questions from final investors and all stakeholders. Emergence of these questions as well as the difficulty in giving a unique definition of SRI except its implementations (taking into account extra-financial criteria in portfolios, engaging in dialog with the firm, exercising voting rights...) based the elaboration of a reference to answer this requirement of transparency : a SRI Code of conduct.
