Abstract:
[eng] The European Union’s Economic and Finance Ministers set up a Committee of Wise men, chaired by Mr. A. Lamfalussy, in order to propose arrangements to achieve regulation on securities market. This article sums up these proposals and presents an arrangement that could be put in place immediately and would be a more effective way of facilitating the rapid adaptation of regulation to market trends. .
