Abstract:
[eng] This interview deals with European and American carbon markets’ development. Richard Sandor, Chairman of the Chicago Climate Exchange Inc., first presents how the Chicago Climate Exchange was established without any governmental policy as a voluntary market in December 2003. He deals with its development and future. Jean-François Conil-Lacoste, Chief Executive Officer of Powernext SA, exposes the Powernext Carbon implementation and its positioning on the market.
