Abstract:
[eng] « The important aspect of a country actually or potentially short of cultivable, is the type of thinking and emotional reaction of its inhabitants ». . The urban development has required Development Plans based on careful surveys of the land and other ressources. . In spite of these plans, will the English agriculture have enough land at its disposal in 1980 ? Which types of land will be given up to the urban development ?
