Abstract: [fre] En République Fédérale Allemande comme dans toute l'Europe occidentale, le marché foncier présente les mêmes caractéristiques : hausse des prix, diminution de la valeur d'échange de la terre. . Analysant tour à tour valeur de rendement, valeur courante, ainsi que leurs relations et les mobiles de fixation des prix, l'auteur s'interroge sur la meilleure solution pour agrandir les entreprises agricoles : achat, ou location ? [eng] The land market in the German Federal Republic shows the same trends as in the rest of Western Europe, i.e. a price increase and a declining exchange value of land. . After examining the value on the basis of returns and the current value, their relationship and the basis of price fixing, the author raises the question as to the best way of obtaining farm enlargements : through purchase or tenancy ?
