Abstract: [eng] The author suggest the institution oj family associations in order to avoid the splitting up of a farm in case of inheritance. This solution with its advantages and disadvantages seems to correspond to a necessity. [fre] L'auteur préconise la constitution de sociétés foncières agricoles pour éviter, en cas de partage, le morcellement d'exploitations viables. Cette formule, avec ses avantages et ses inconvénients, semble répondre à une nécessité.
