Abstract: [fre] Il y a, schématiquement, deux types de salariés agricoles : l'ouvrier en tête-à-tête avec son patron l'exploitation familiale, et l'ouvrier plus ou moins spécialisé de la grande entreprise. Quelles sont leurs avec leurs employeurs ? [eng] Roughly speaking there are two kinds of farm workers : the worker who is alone with his employer on a family farm, and the qualified worker in a big farm business. What kind of relationship exists between these workers and their employers ?
