[eng] Conditions of the farm workers in large scale farming : Seine-et-Oise . In the Paris area, more than anywhere else, industry has taken away the « cream » of the agricultural wage-earning class. . The working hours, the way of living on the farm and the farm workers, lack of training explain this fact. Would specialization be a remedy ?
