Abstract: [eng] How can the farm worker, being a « dependant servant » become a « free assistant » ? . At present, professional training is often not within the reach of the farm workers. Could the training solve the problem of their advancement ? [fre] Comment le salarié agricole, « serviteur dépendant », peut-il devenir « collaborateur libre » ? La compétence professionnelle reste difficilement accessible aux actuels salariés. Résoudra-t-elle le problème de leur promotion ?
