Abstract: [eng] In order to reconcile the farmer's new needs jor economic information and the restricted financial means, a method of wor\ has been adopted, based on the « master-sample ». Why and how has this master-sample been established? . Vertical surveys based on the master-sample can be used for production prognostics in the short and intermédiate run. [fre] Pour concilier les besoins nouveaux d'information économique des agriculteurs, et les moyens financiers limités, une méthode de travail a été adoptée, basée sur « Féchantillon-maître ». Pourquoi et comment a été constitué cet échantillon-maître ? . Les enquêtes verticales, s'articulant sur l'échantillon-maître, peuvent être utilisées pour les prévisions de production à court et à moyen termes.
