Abstract:
[eng] The rapid evolution of the agricultural sector, the deep changes of its structures and its environment ma\e information more and more necessary.1 . The rôle of information remains however limited, not only because of its present deficiency but also because the certainty it gives to the farmer is dissatisfactory. . Economic planning, through its engaging caracter, seems to correspond better to the needs of the farmers; they should perticipate in the drawing up of the Plan.
