Abstract: [fre] Sous sa forme actuelle, le métayage tend à disparaître. Une enquête limitée montre quelles sont les modifications apportées à ce mode de faire-valoir. Elles amènent les propriétaires à investir davantage, à modifier la rémunération du métayer et de sa famille, à réaliser une autre forme d'association capital-travail. [eng] In its present form, share tenancy tend to disappear. A limited survey shows the modifications operated on this kind of indirect farming. These modifications stimulate the owners to invest, to change the salary of the share tenant and his family and to realize another form of association of capital and labour.
