Abstract:
[eng] Through modern technical methods, a finer analysis oj soil and weather conditions and a more thorough study of plant development can be carried out. . Innovation contributes to improve the soil, the yield and also the pest control. However, if it is badly transmitted or badly applied, it may be ineffective or even dangerous. A control would be appropriate, but who should carry it out ?
