Abstract: [eng] The economic situation in Czechoslovakia : priority given to the production and the exportation of industrial products, and importation of agricultural products and food. . The increase in food consumption which has been more rapid that in income transfer of agricultural labor to industry have jeopardized the economic balance . A change is necessary. What should its aims be : to intensify agricultural production by developing the ancillary industries (feeding stuffs, seeds, fertilizers...) by unifying the management system of the agriculture and food sector, by transforming farms into independent production units. [fre] Priorité à la production et à l'exportation des produits industriels, importation des produits agricoles et alimentaires : telle est la situation économique en Tchécoslovaquie. . La croissance de la consommation alimentaire, plus rapide que celle du revenu, le transfert de la main- d'œuvre agricole vers l'industrie, ont compromis l'équilibre économique. . Une réforme s'impose. Ses buts ? intensifier la production agricole en relançant les industries d'amont, unifier le système de gestion et d'organisation du secteur agro-alimentaire, transformer les entreprises agricoles en unités de production autonomes.
