Abstract: [eng] In order to satisfy the food requirements of the Hungarian population, in quantity and in quality, the marketing channels have to be appropriate. In this field, the responsability of the industry is growing as it is in charge of the financing. [fre] Satisfaire les besoins alimentaires de la population hongroise, en quantité et en qualité, demande des circuits commerciaux appropriés. . Dans ce domaine, l'industrie alimentaire voit croître sa responsabilité sur les facteurs temps et espace ; elle en supporte financièrement la charge et le risque.
