Abstract: [eng] Meat and milk privide 87 % of the value of farm production in the Basse Normandie region. The LVBN Association regroups all concerned in order to discuss decisions, to plan development, to manage the various firms and farms concerned as if they one firm. [fre] L'Association LVBN répond à la nécessité d'un cadre interprofessionnel pour une action régionale basée sur la complémentarité du lait et de la viande, qui représentent ensemble 87 % du produit agricole bas-normand. . L'objectif du LVBN : gérer la branche comme une entreprise, atteindre les objectifs de la planification par une gestion régionale souple et réaliste.
