Abstract: [eng] The fire cast and the goals fixed by Nation planning coincide on the county level with the branch of national finance involved in the county planning realizations. . This county planning is prepared by the « Préfet de région » helped by the « Mission régionale » and various bodies. . County planning requires a better information. The « Opération 75 » will enable us to define a solution on the county level linked with a given agricultural policy. It includes a description of the future of the counties, a comparison with the national scheme leading to decision making on the level of the nation and of the county. [fre] Projection au niveau régional des prévisions et objectifs fixés par le Plan, les tranches opératoires représentent une régionalisation du budget. . La tranche régionale du Plan est préparée par le Préfet de région assisté de la Mission régionale, et par divers organismes. . La planification régionale exige une meilleure information. L' « opération 75 » permettra de définir une solution régionalisée pour une politique agricole donnée, elle comprend une description des avenirs régionaux, une confrontation avec un modèle national, enfin une prise de décision aux niveaux national et régional.
