Abstract: [fre] La taille d'un projet est souvent difficile à déterminer lorsque les ressources en facteurs de production ne sont pas limitées, ce qui est souvent le cas dans une première phase. Il est cependant possible d'évaluer rapidement la dimension minimum qui donne le moindre coût de charges fixes par unité de produit et assure ainsi la meilleure rentabilité. Les charges fixes à considérer ici sont uniquement celles qui augmentent de manière discontinue avec la taille du projet. Dans le cas de la production de thé, l'analyse montre que l'élément essentiel est le plein emploi d'un séchoir, même à la saison de faible production. [eng] Rapid estimation of the minimum size of a project tea - The size of a project is often difficult to determine when the resources in production factors are not limited, which is often the case at first. Nevertheless it is possible to estimate rapidly the minimum size which minimizes fixed costs per unit of product and thus ensures the highest return. The fixed costs to be considered here are only those which increase by steps with the size of the project. In the case of tea-production, the study shows that the main element is the full use of a drier even in the season of lowest production.
