Abstract: [fre] Cet article présente l'intérêt d'analyses sur les structures des exploitations agricoles, en vue detraction. Après avoir rappelé les diverses notions de structures, en liaison avec le système qu'est l'exploitation agricole, les auteurs présentent la démarche adoptée dans un cas particulier. Ils examinent ensuite les possibilités de son amélioration grâce à l'emploi de l'analyse factorielle des correspondances. Ils soulignent en conclusion la portée actuelle de cette recherche appliquée et posent divers problèmes quant à l'amélioration des méthodes et à l'utilisation des résultats obtenus. [eng] This article puts forward the interest of analyses of farm structures, with a view to their application. After having recalled the different notions of structures and their connection with the farm systems, the authors present the steps taken in a particular case. They then examine the possibilities of its improvement with the aid of factorial analysis. In conclusion they underline the present range of this form of applied research and point out a certain number of problems concerning the improvement of their methods and the use of the results obtained.
