Le modèle de Leontieff comme outil d'analyse du complexe agro-alimentaire

Abstract: [eng] The Leontieff model, as a tool for analysing the Agri-Business - The model presented is a project of braking down the 01 and 02 sectors of the French input output Table (TEI), in order to build up an input output table which would make possible an analysis of the relationship between the agribusiness sectors. Beside such a désagrégation into small sectors dealing with homogeneous products, the model proposes to distinguish inside of such sector the various processes which take part in the production (process analysis). The main part of the difficulties which appear on the way of the achievement of such a table, lays in the poverty of the statistical data of the production inputs. Nevertheless, the author thinks he has a good chance to bring the first results in the middle of 1973, through an INRA research project. [fre] Le modèle présenté est un projet de décontraction des branches 01 et 02 du TEI français. L'objectif est de parvenir à un tableau d'entrées-sorties permettant d'analyser les interrelations existant dans le complexe. Outre une désagrégatiion en branches fines recouvrant des produits homogènes, l'auteur propose de discerner dans la production de chaque produit, la part des diverses technologies qui entrent en jeu. L'essentiel des difficultés de réalisation d'un tel tableau réside dans la pauvreté des données statistiques concernant les inputs de production. Néanmoins, l'auteur a bon espoir, dans le cadre d'un projet de recherches de l'INRA, de parvenir à des premiers résultats vers le milieu de 1973.
