Abstract: [eng] Recent transformations of land structures in the department of Mayenne - Between the repartition of the types of estates (small holdings in the North, and extensive or middle-sized landed-property in the Centre and in the South) and that of the types of farms, there is a correlation, often close. . The evolution which is taking place now, in the frame of agricultural land-market, the difficulties of farm- concentration in the North-West, the importance of the indebtment of the farmers who buy the farm they live on, in the Centre and in the South, can be explained by the features of the land structures already on the spot. . Without being negligible, the improvements of land-structures made by the SAFER and the ADASEA have not been to the measure of the problems brought up. [fre] Entre la répartition des types de propriétés (petites propriétés au Nord, moyennes et grandes propriétés au Centre et au Sud) et celle des types d'exploitations, il existe une corrélation souvent étroite. . L'évolution qui s'opère actuellement dans le cadre du marché des terres agricoles, les difficultés de la concentration des exploitations au Nord-Ouest, l'importance de l'endettement des « preneurs en place » dans le Centre et le Sud, s'expliquent par les caractères de la propriété foncière. . Sans être négligeables, les résultats obtenus dans le domaine de l'aménagement foncier par la SAFER et l'ADA- SEA (*) n'ont pas été à la mesure des problèmes posés.
