Abstract: [fre] L'objectif des SUAD: information, formation, action en vue d'un développement global, est perçu, vécu de façon bien différente selon les départements. L'exemple du Var, celui de l'Ardèche, en donnent un aperçu. . La structure : un SUAD, un CDDA et des groupes de base (CETA, GVA, CUMA), est adaptée aux réalités . propres à chaque région et à chaque étape du processus de développement. . Le SUAD, proche de l'exploitation, se trouve à la croisée des actions et peut, de ce fait, jouer un rôle déterminant d'organisation, de concertation. [eng] The role of the SUADs in Agricultural Devlopment - The aim of the SUADs : information, training, action towards all-round development is seen and experienced in different ways in the different departments : an idea of these differences can be obtained from the examples of the Var and the Ardèche departments. . The structure : a SUAD, a CDDA and smaller units (CETA, GVA, CUMA) is adapted to the specific factors in each department and to each stage of the development process. . The SUAD, which is close to the farm, is at the hub of activity and can thus play a decisive rôle in organisation and concertation.
