Abstract: [eng] Landowners and struggle of class - The structure of french agricultural production laid traditionally on an antagonisme between a landowner class and the peasantry class. As a rentier, the non-peasant landowner does not invest. Invest is the fact of farmer alone who realizes by this way the increasing of agriculture productivity. Consequently the bourgeois landowner is disreputed and eliminated. As a substitude for the old struggle of class between landowners and peasants appears a new struggle of class inside the peasantry. By means of land policy and of the establishments who bring it into operation, the state gives himself the project of managing the struggle. The sharpness of this conflict creates at the present time an important rise of land prices and peasant debt. This problem will only have partial and temporary solution, untill the conditions of participation of agriculture in national productivity growth will change. [fre] L'organisation de la production agricole en France a longtemps reposé sur un antagonisme entre une classe de propriétaires fonciers non exploitants et la classe paysanne. En tant que rentier, le propriétaire foncier non exploitant n'investit pas. L'investissement est l'œuvre du seul agriculteur qui assure par là-même le développement de la productivité dans l'agriculture. Dès lors le propriétaire bourgeois se trouve dénoncé et évincé. L'ancienne lutte de classe entre propriétaires fonciers et paysans se trouve remplacée par une lutte de classe entre paysans. L'état à travers les établissements d'intervention dans le domaine foncier se donne pour but de gérer le conflit. L'acuité de ce dernier conduit actuellement à une hausse considérable du prix des terres et de l'endettement paysan. Mais tant que ne seront pas changés les termes de la contribution de l'agriculture à l'accroissement de la productivité nationale, ce problème n'aura que des solutions partielles et provisoires.
