Abstract: [eng] The USSR's grain policy between 1976 and 1980 - How will the USSR meet its own and its European partners' grain demands between 1976 and 1980 ? What will be the consequences on the Western grain market ? Between now and 1980 the Soviet Union could become self-sufficient and could import enough to cover its partners' needs, in other words half as much as in 1971-1975. [fre] Résumé: Comment l'URSS couvrira-t-elle en 1976-1980 ses besoins céréaliers et ceux de ses partenaires européens ? Quelles seront les répercussions sur le marché céréalier occidental ? D'ici 1980, l'Union soviétique pourrait devenir autosuffisante et importerait de quoi couvrir les besoins de ses partenaires, soit moitié moins qu'en 1971-1975.
