Abstract: [fre] Le financement des acquisitions foncières est le type même de problème qui se repose à chaque génération. Pourtant, il risque de connaître une acuité particulière dans les années à venir, car, d'une part les exploitations s'agrandissent, d'autre part le prix de la terre augmente. Le financement prioritaire du foncier risque donc de compromettre la modernisation, donc les progrès de productivité d'une partie de l'agriculture française. [eng] The land problem in the 7th Plan - The financing of land purchases is the kind of problem that arises with every generation. But it may become particulary acute in the years to come for, on the one hand, farms are growing larger and, on the other, the price of land is increasing. The priority financing of land may well therefore jeopardize modernization and hence the productivity progress of part of French agriculture.
