Abstract: [eng] Local rural development - Local rural development depends on the personal and collective basic training and education of all those working in the countryside. It consists in forming craftsmen in order to enable them to overcome problems of growth and to enable all villagers to take advantage of the teaching of self-expression and social contact. The primary school should once more become a centre of local activity. [fre] Le développement rural local repose sur la formation de base personnelle et collective de tous les actifs ruraux. Il consiste à former les artisans pour les aider à surmonter leur crise de croissance, et à faire bénéficier tous les paysans des villages d'une pédagogie de l'expression et des relations. L'école primaire devrait redevenir un véritable foyer d'animation locale.
