Abstract: [eng] A plan for the reconversion of milk/meat and for a balanced beef market - By means of an econometric model, the Direction de la Prévision has attempted to estimate the consequences of the "anti-milk" policy operating in 1969-1970-1971 on the stability of the beef market and to determine the conditions that a plan to regulate dairy prodution would have to satisfy to avoid an unstabilizing effect. [fre] A l'aide d'un modèle économétrique, la Direction de la Prévision a tenté d'évaluer les conséquences de la politique «anti-laitière» menée en 1969-1970-1971 sur la stabilité du marché de la viande bovine, et de préciser les conditions qu'un plan de maîtrise de la prodution laitière devrait respecter pour éviter d'avoir des effets déstabilisateurs.
