Abstract:
[eng] Information from the population survey of Hunawihr, a two-denominational village in Alsace - In a wine-growing village in Alsace, a selective population survey over a century enables the role of the two religious communities, protestant and catholic, in the evolution of the total population and of the social and professional categories, to be distinguished.
