Abstract: [fre] Une étude, demandée par le SUAD de la Manche, a eu pour but d'analyser le refus de la majorité des agriculteurs d'une commune à l'innovation : une CUMA de déshydratation de luzerne. Les hypothèses de départ reposaient sur les caractéristiques de l'innovation et des innovateurs. Cela est insuffisant. L'étude actuelle propose une méthode d'analyse et un ensemble de concepts explicatifs qui mettent en relation les caractéristiques de l'innovation et des innovateurs (perçues par les acteurs sociaux) avec l'évolution de la . Formation économique et sociale, et qui permettent d'expliquer le refus à l'innovation. [eng] The innovation and the innovators - A survey for the SUAD of la Manche department was intended to analyse the refusal of a majority of farmers in one "commune" to innovate and to accept a CUMA for the dehydration of lucerne. The initial hypotheses were based on the characteristics of the innovation and the innovators. But that is not enough. The present survey proposes a method of analysis and a number of explanatory concepts that link the characteristics of the innovation and of the innovators (as seen by those concerned) with the development of their social and economic education, which enable the refusal of innovation to be explained.
