Abstract: [fre] Le regroupement par échanges amiables multilatéraux, par sa souplesse et sa rapidité d'intervention, est un mode privilégié d'amélioration des structures foncières. . Les faibles coûts supportés par les agriculteurs coéchangistes conduisent à une récupération extrêmement rapide des dépenses d'investissement engagées (environ un an). Pour l'Etat, le bilan approché se traduit par un équilibre des recettes supplémentaires et des dépenses. [eng] Land restructuration by means of voluntary exchanges - The regrouping of land by voluntary exchanges because of its adaptability and rapidity is the best way of improving land structures. The low cost to those farmers who exchange land leads to the investment expenses being recouped very quickly. For the State the results show a balance of additional income and expenses.
