Abstract: [eng] Stock-breeding without Land - Stock-breeding enterprises without land belong to different systems (trade or farming) according to where they are implanted. The differences in their situation do not seem justified. In addition, the distinctions made between criteria to be considered are not obvious. [fre] Les élevages sans sol sont soumis à des régimes différents (commerçants ou agriculteurs) selon les lieux où ils sont implantés. Les différences de situation paraissent mal justifiées. De surcroît, les distinctions faites entre les critères à prendre en compte, ne sont pas évidentes.
