Abstract: [eng] Fodder in dairy systems - In a sample farm (a dairy farm) a system of measuring and recording was set up to ensure the control of crops, measuring the yield both in the fields and in the stable, the animals' consumption and their yield. It took three years to analyse the system, to propose improvements, follow their introduction and measure their importance. [fre] Dans une exploitation témoin (élevage laitier), un système de mesures et d'observations a été mis en place pour assurer le contrôle des cultures, les mesures des rendements au champ et à l'auge, les consommations par les animaux et leurs performances. Trois années successives ont été nécessaires pour analyser le système, proposer des améliorations, suivre leur insertion et en mesurer l'intérêt.
