Abstract: [fre] Le schéma d'« étude-animation » proposé vise à intégrer une démarche « rationnelle » de détermination des propositions de développement (analyse des différentes contraintes) dans un processus d'animation basé sur la participation des intéressés à l'élaboration des propositions. [eng] An approach to agricultural development studies and actions - The "study-animation" framework proposed is intended to integrate a "rational" approach to the fixing of development proposals (the analysis of the different constraints) in an "animation" process based on the participation of those concerned in the working out of proposals.
