Abstract: [fre] Dans le système de commercialisation traditionnel, assez efficace, le rôle et l'importance des petites et moyennes entreprises ont été sous-estimés. Une récente concentration et l'apparition de moyennes et grandes entreprises, surtout coopératives, forment un mouvement cohérent avec l'évolution de la production agricole et de la distribution. Mais il est urgent de trouver des débouchés extérieurs stables et rémunérateurs. [eng] An Analysis of the cattle and beef production-processing-distribution system - The traditional marketing system appears to be quite efficient, especially for the home market. On the whole the role and the importance of the small businesses have been underestimated. A recent concentration and the appearance of medium and large-scale firms, especially cooperatives, concord with the development of farm production and the concentration of distribution. But the urgent problem is to find stable, well-paying outside markets.
