Abstract: [fre] Le développement régional agricole est absent du VIIe Plan. Les auteurs du rapport de la commission de l'Agriculture, en se contentant de mesures générales, laissent échapper l'aspect global du phénomène. La politique menée à l'égard de la montagne montre que le développement régional nécessite une autre approche. [eng] The plan and rural development - Agricultural regional development is not mentioned in the 7th plan. Those responsible for the report of the agricultural committee, by making do with general measures, allow the global aspect of the phenomenon to escape them. The policy implemented with regard to mountain areas shows that regional development requires another approach.
