Abstract: [fre] Connaître les besoins d'un petit pays, faire le point des moyens disponibles, sur place, dégager, rassembler, mettre en relations les éléments internes de développement d'une communauté locale, telles sont les actions de recherche menées à Vauvillers (Haute-Saône), sous la direction de Pierre Boisseau et dans le cadre de la Chambre d'agriculture et la Chambre des métiers de la Haute-Saône. [eng] Social vitality and the creation of employment in rural areas - The research carried out at Vauvillers (Haute-Saône) under the direction of Pierre Boisseau for the Chambre d'Agriculture and the Chambre des Métiers of the Haute-Saône is intented to discover the needs of a small region, estimating the present means available on the spot, to analyse and bring together the internal elements of the development of a local community.
