Abstract: [eng] The OECD countries, agricultural polities : new tendencies - The OECD countries would like to stabilize their markets both for exports and harmonization. Growth will slacken in the near future. There is greater awareness of the dangers of "bilateralism". The "small" countries are in an increasingly dangerous position and are trying to develop the possibilities of international agreements. [fre] Les pays de l'OCDE souhaitent stabiliser leurs marchés, tant à l'exportation qu'à l'intégration. La croissance sera demain plus faible. On prend conscience des dangers du bilatéralisme. Les « petits » pays sont dans une situation de plus en plus dangereuse, et cherchent à développer les possibilités d'accords internationaux.
