L'organisation et l'intégration de l'agriculture en Roumanie

Abstract: [fre] L'agriculture a dépassé le stade de l'entreprise dirigée surtout vers la subsistance et gérée par l'entrepreneur paysan, pénétrant dans les rouages multiples d'un mécanisme économique pluri-sectoriel et pluri-stadial avec des structures bien plus complexes. Des nouveaux processus technologiques et économiques se sont implantés et dominent l'activité agricole et ses relations avec le reste de l'économie : spécialisation et concentration de la production, afflux de nouveaux inputs industriels, expansion et spécialisation de la sphère des services pour la production, division et spécialisation des circuits de commercialisation et d'industrialisation des produits agricoles, etc. . Pour que toutes ces transformations puissent achever le progrès technologique et l'efficacité économique escomptés, un processus d'agrégation structurale et fonctionnelle a dû se produire. L'intégration de l'agriculture dans l'économie et l'intégration dans le système agricole lui-même ont pris les dimensions d'un processus majeur de la transformation économique actuelle. Par conséquent, de nouvelles formes ont été adoptées pour organiser la vie économique et diriger ses mécanismes, afin de rendre possible la croissance économique la plus efficace dans chaque étape du développement, dans chaque secteur de l'économie et dans toutes les régions du pays. [eng] The organization of the integration of farming in Romania - Farming has gone beyond the stage of a business aimed merely at subsistence, managed by the peasant — «entrepreneur» and has become part of an economic machine with several sectors and several levels and much more complexe stuc- tures. New technological and economic processes have been set up and dominate farm activity and its relations with the rest of the economy — specialization and concentration of production, the introduction of new forms of industrial input, expansion and specialization of the production services sphere, division and specialization of the farm production marketing and industrialization network. . For all these changes to be able to achieve the technological progress and the economic efficiency expected of them a)process of structural and functional aggregation has had to take place. The integration of farming in the economy and integration in the farming system itself have become a major process in the present economic transformation. Consequently, new ways of organizing economic life and its workings have been adopted to make possible the most efficient economic growth at every stage of development, in every branch of the economy and in every region in the country.
