Abstract: [eng] The aim of this article is to discover the impact of inflation and more particularly of its increase during the seventies on the evolution and the variability of prices affecting farms. . To this end, we first analyse the variations noticed in input prices and farm product prices during the years 1950-1977 and then seek to determine the impact of inflation on the evolution of agricultural prices. . The main results are given in the conclusion to the article. [fre] Le présent article a pour but de rechercher l'impact de l'inflation et, plus particulièrement, de son accélération des années 70 sur l'évolution et la variabilité des prix qui affectent l'entreprise agricole. . A cette fin, nous analysons d'abord !es variations constatées dans les prix des facteurs de la production et les prix des produits agricoles au cours de la période 1950-1977 et, ensuite, recherchons l'impact de l'inflation sur l'évolution des prix agricoles. . Les principaux résultats sont repris en conclusion de l'article.
