Abstract:
[eng] La Somme is endowed with favorable natural conditions, although it is necessary to give farmers the means to have at their disposal a tool for economic progress. Development plans were viewed as such a mean by the farm institutions of that department. It is those departmental bodies which, through their good relations and common will, made farmers aware of the plans, and constructed and implemented them. The role of «Credit Agricole» is studied here.
