Abstract: [fre] L'étude comparée de la question foncière sur quatre communes bien différenciées met en lumière les traits originaux de chaque zone où les tendances globales, bien connues, du marché de la terre se combinent selon des modalités particulières. Ces spécificités se fondent sur la structuration particulière des rapports sociaux locaux, essentiellement définis par le poids relatif que conserve la paysannerie et les différenciations qui s'opèrent en son sein. [eng] Special characteristics of local markets for land and farmer's strategies . A comparative study of land ownership problems and strategies' in four well differenciated communes shows both the original characteristics of each zone and the well known common trends of the land market. Differences are mostly linked to the structure of local social relationships defined by the weight retained by peasants in the local society and the différenciations among peasants.
