Abstract: [fre] La connaissance du fonctionnement des marchés mondiaux des produits agricoles est pour l'instant limitée à quelques grands produits. Le but de l'action de recherche entreprise est d'élargir cette connaissance à des produits jusque-là peu étudiés et d'initier une analyse sur les rapports entre intervenants au sein de filières et leurs conséquences au niveau des systèmes agricoles. [eng] Our knowledge of world agricultural markets is at the moment limited to some studies on main products. Our purpose is to widen the analysis to other products which have yet not really been studied and then to generalize a reflection on the coordination of economic actors and its consequence on the evolution of agricultural système.
