Abstract: [fre] II est indispensable à la France et plus généralement à la Communauté maintenant chroniquement exportatrice de viande bovine d'élargir ses débouchés, non seulement vers la Grèce, l'Espagne et le Portugal, mais vers d'autres « pays-tiers », en priorité : le pourtour méditerranéen, le Moyen-Orient, l'Afrique et, à moindre degré, les Pays de l'Est. Dans certains de ces pays, la stratégie la plus efficace consiste dans la recherche d'une synergie entre ces opérations commerciales et la réalisation d'implantations agricoles et agro-industrielles contribuant au développement général et au rééquilibrage de leur balance alimentaire. [eng] It is a necessity for France and generally speaking for the EEC now having permanent exports of beef meat to enlarge its market not only in Greece, Spain and Portugal but in other « outside » countries and primarily : Mediterranean countries, Middle East and Africa and to less extent Eastern countries. In some of them the most efficient strategy is a « joint venture » between the commercial approach and the development of agricultural and agro-allied industries projects which could contribute to the general development of this economic sector.
